1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or accessing the Ujobs India mobile application or website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Platform Role & Non-Agency Disclaimer

Ujobs India is an independent technology platform managed by Ayushya Healthcare Services. We operate solely as a matching utility to facilitate direct communication between household/corporate employers and independent job seekers. Ujobs India is not a recruitment agency, employment broker, or labor contractor. We do not employ, select, supervise, or recommend any workers listed on our platform.

• No Surety or Guarantees: We provide self-submitted profile indicators. We do not guarantee the performance, character, background safety, or legal eligibility of any job seeker.
• Independent Due Diligence: Employers are strictly advised and responsible for performing their own independent reference checks, Aadhaar/ID checks, and interviewing candidates before hiring.
• No Employment Contract: Any hiring arrangement or payment terms agreed upon are strictly private agreements between the employer and the worker.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

To maintain a safe and trustworthy community, all users agree to adhere to the following responsibilities when accessing our services:

• Provide 100% accurate, current, and complete registration details, and refrain from creating fraudulent or duplicate profiles.
• Refrain from posting any abusive, offensive, defamatory, commercial spam, or illegal content.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and central laws, including fair employment, non-discrimination, and minimum wage guidelines.
• Never solicit or charge money from job seekers for interview coordinates or job placements.

4. Fair Work & Wage Standards

Employers using Ujobs India agree to provide fair pay, safe and sanitary working conditions, and reasonable working hours to any hired worker. Discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, region, or physical ability is strictly prohibited. Misbehavior or failure to pay agreed-upon wages will lead to permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant local law enforcement authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ujobs India, its directors, employees, parent company (Ayushya Healthcare Services), or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, disputes, financial losses, or physical harm arising out of or in connection with the direct matching, direct calls, interviews, or hiring transactions conducted through our platform. All matches are done voluntarily and at the user's sole discretion.
