• Professional Profile (Job Seekers): Work category, years of experience, age, gender, expected salary, and approximate neighborhood location.
• Self-Declared Documents: Aadhaar number, PAN details, or police clearance certificates uploaded voluntarily by the worker to confirm profile registration status.

2. Compliance with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act

Ujobs India is fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India. We employ enterprise-grade security protocols, including AES-256 data encryption at rest and secure TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, to ensure your private documents and data remain 100% safe from unauthorized access.

3. How We Use and Share Information

Your data is only used to enable direct staffing connections. We display basic profile details (Name, Experience, Neighborhood) and verification indicators (like 'ID-Checked') to verified employers on our platform. We do not sell, rent, or lease your private contact numbers or documents to third-party advertisers or external marketing networks under any circumstances.

4. Location Services & Permissions

Our app utilizes approximate location data (with your active, explicit consent) to display suitable jobs and candidate profiles within a 5-10km radius of your home. This data is processed locally on our servers and is never permanently stored or shared with external parties.

5. User Rights, Data Deletion, and Correction

Under privacy regulations, you retain full rights over your personal data. You can access, edit, update, or permanently delete your account and uploaded documents at any time. Simply use the in-app account settings, or contact our support helpline directly at support@ujobsindia.com to request immediate data purge.
