Service-Based Nature
Our platform provides digital services such as job information, listings, and assistance. Since these services are intangible and instantly accessible, they are non-refundable.
User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the user to:

Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments, users can contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. After verification, we may process the refund for the extra amount.
